Vintage Avedon Editorial

This editorial by Richard Avedon feels so summery, modern and elegant. The model is Jean Shrimpton, aka.'The Shrimp' and the male model is Jeanloup Sieff, who became a well-known Photographer in his own right. The Editorial is part Fashion Photography, Life Style, some Paparazzi-style shots (like the ones that we see in the mass media these days) and part Luxury Travel Guide.
If you think about it, commercial Editorials have not changed that much, a photographer like Mario Testino must have been inspired by this type of work.
